We will no longer be mandating that students wear a mask at school.  However, these will be highly recommended. Students will be asked to wear facemasks in some subject classes and for some activities.  We are asking you to support this by ensuring students have a supply of masks readily available. The ongoing safety of our students, staff and wider community is still our priority.  Facemasks are still required on school buses.

We will continue to work with the Ministry of Education and to take advice from the Ministry of Health. 

We will also monitor the situation closely, understanding that we may need to resume fuller measures if a substantial COVID change happens at Queen's.

Thank to everyone for your patience and support of both students and Queen's over recent months. Thank you to all the staff who’ve worked through multiple challenges since early Term 1, doing so with compassion for the students and for each other. A special thank you goes to Emma Stevenson who has processed absences effectively and sympathetically to help many families as their situations have changed. Great work, Emma!
