Aerobics
Some more wonderful news from the weekend... After the postponement and then cancellation of the NZCAF Aerobics Schools National Championships in Wellington, the organisers ran an online nationals comp. The following are results from the competition

Billie Allan and Saige Evans' aerobics performance from the National Competition has also been selected for an online World Aerobics Competition. This is a real honour, recognising the high standard of their routines.
Rowing
The Otago Secondary Schools Association Harbour Regatta was held recently. A special mention to Billie Askerud and Ella Nesbit who won the Under 16 Double race, with Adi Davies and Ella Edwards finishing behind them in second place. The Erg Championships resulted in Billie Askerud finishing second and Adi Davies third in the Under 15 2000 metre division. Billie Askerud was also third in the girls Under 15 100 metre division.
Last weekend the North End Rowing Club Harbour Regatta saw Adi Davies and Ella Edwards finish second in the girls Under 16 double and Billie Askerud and Ella Edwards were third in the Under 17 double. Adi Davies also rowed with three masters in a quad and they were placed first in the Women's Open Coxless Quad. Keep up the good work on the water girls.
Volleyball
The Year 9A and 10A Volleyball teams played in the Volleyball Otago Junior Tournament last weekend. Congratulations to the 10A Team, which finished third overall, defeating St Hilda's 2-0 in their final game. A great experience for the 9A Team, which predominantly played against Year 10 students. Thanks to Terry and Zoe, Team Coaches and Ernie and Aaron, Managers.
A special congratulations to Stephanie Finau, who was selected in the Tournament Team.
Futsal
The Senior Futsal Team have just been crowned winners of the Year 11-13 Girls Grade. Well done girls!
Junior Tournament Week
Next week we have students representing school at Junior Tournament Week in Handball, Ki-O-Rahi, Touch, and Volleyball. It will be an opportunity for the athletes to compete against students from different schools.
Student Success
Elise Carline has been invited to play in the Dunedin Year 9/10 Cricket Team. Games will be played over two Sundays, culminating with a Tournament in Christchurch in mid-December. Elise has also been invited to the Mainland Eagles Advanced Summer Camp to be held in Christchurch this year. The camp will be led by some of the country's leading basketball minds.
