Year 10 Food Technology

Our Year 10 Food Technology classes were fortunate to have chef Tony Heptinstall to demonstrate safe knife skills in the making of a poke bowl with chicken, fresh vegetables and chilli sauce.

The students enjoyed participating and practicing their skills in slicing carrots and cucumber julienne style and cooking sushi rice and chicken correctly.

The final dish was very tasty and enjoyed by all the students.
