This year the senior Dance classes have been out and about and getting inspiration from around Dunedin.

Year 11 Dance Beach Trip

As part of our Choreography Unit we are exploring themes related to the ocean, beach and sea life. So we went to St. Clair Beach to be immersed in the sounds,smells and sights. The girls gained inspiration and created some beautiful body sculptures.

Year 12 Street Art Tour

As part of our Choreography Unit the students had to choose a mural found on Dunedin's street art tour. So we headed into town and explored the city walls and alley ways. The girls gained inspiration and had a lot of fun interacting with the art works. Back at school they have made excellent progress in developing there choreographic ideas.
