This week we had the Key to Life Charitable Trust (founded by Mike King) "I Am Hope" group come and talk to the Year 9 and 10 students.

The group travel New Zealand speaking in schools with the aim of normalizing mental health. They encourage young people to reach out for help, giving examples of tools to keep themselves well and see hope through sharing their own journeys. Thank you to Tai for sharing his journey and hopefully leaving the students with some confidence to reach out.
