The Library held a House Reading Challenge over six weeks this term to encourage students to increase their reading mileage.

Congratulations to Ballard House who read 157 books over the Challenge earning their house 785 points!  

As well as house points, we had prizes for individuals and form classes.  The form class prize went to 9 Chapman who read 85 books over the Challenge and 11 Lowther who were our senior form class winners.  They were rewarded with cake, which 9 Chapman enjoyed during their English class.  

Also well done to Madison Soal (21) and Olivia Adie (36!) who were our junior and senior students who read the most books.    

For every book read the reader would fill in an entry slip and at the end of the challenge we drew names from the box to win prizes.
