Jorja Gibbons and Martha Lipross travelled to Wellington last week to represent Otago at the Track and Field National Championships.

Jorja Gibbons ran a very speedy 12.10s in the Under 20 100m to secure the bronze medal! Jorja was also part of the Otago relay team that came third.

A special good luck to Jorja Gibbons who is currently in Sydney with the New Zealand U20 relay squad attempting to qualify for U20 Worlds. All the best to her and her team.

Martha achieved personal best performances in all three of her events (100m, long jump and hurdles) and performed particularly well in the U16 hurdles where she placed fourth.
