Active August

Sport Council —

Queen’s High School Sports Council has recently started Active August. Over the month of August there will be many activities that have been organised for students to participate in. Some of these include dodgeball, multisport, yoga and walking; just to name a few.

Active August looks to promote the positive benefits that physical activity has on our mood and brain function as well as our physical health. Active August at Queen's involves 30 minutes of physical activity five days a week for the month of August.

Active August can be a fun way to socialise with friends as well as staff and to get involved in sport/activities you wouldn’t usually.
