On the 23rd May, I was part of a group of Queen’s girls given the opportunity to attend Launch. Launch is an amazing programme aimed at getting more women into the IT industry and giving women a taste of what the IT industry is about.

We have received $890.10 credit from Office Max. This credit is the commission based on purchases made online by parents for stationery packs for 2019. A thank you to all parents for their continued support, the funds are used to assist with student learning.

Swimming Success for Queen's Students

The Otago Secondary Schools Swimming Championships were held on Saturday 18 May. Ella McBride achieved three personal best times and qualified for three U-15 finals. She placed 4th in the 100m Breaststroke. Mereana Martin competing in the 15+ age group placed 2nd in the 50m Backstroke and 3rd in the 100m Backstroke.
