Great News... We have ONE App for everything!
From this app you can check the school website, access kindo, report an absentee, pay for activities, check your child's progress and reports, return permissions, check term dates /school calendar, get instant reminders and cancellations and more.We wish to make communicating with our families as easy as possible. Please see the office staff if you have any questions
For those parents who have not yet downloaded the Hero App please do so immediately by following the prompts below.
Statements:
For our new families, your statements will be emailed to you generally twice per term. They are an indication of what is included on your school account. You may pay this (or part of) directly at the office, by setting up an automatic payment or via Hero /Kindo from the comfort of your own home. Our bank details are attached at the bottom of this page.

Topping up your Kindo account
Need to top-up your account? Either choose the top up account option or top up at the checkout when you make your next payment.
· POLi is now available for Kindo users – instant and fee free.
· Visa / Mastercard / American Express / China Union pay – charges apply.
Or use the Bank Transfer option to set up an automatic payment from your bank account into your Kindo account, so that you always have funds on hand when you need them.

Mainland Uniforms:

The Warehouse Northlands Mall:
All QPS uniform is stocked at this store also. It may pay to call first if you are after particular items as stock may vary.
PTA 2nd Hand Uniform:
Our PTA hold a uniform sale every term. We will notify parents via Hero or the QPS Parents Facebook page.
If you are having a clean out of uniform and would like to donate or sell it, please drop this to the school office prior to the sale. Please make sure uniform is in clean condition and is clearly labelled if you wish for it to be sold on your behalf.

Don't forget to keep checking Hero for school information - We will send you reminders and cancellations plus any other school related information direct to your phone - make sure you have your notifications turned on so you don't miss anything.
