Christmas Raffle and Mufti day

Thanks to all the children and parents for supporting the recent mufti day. We had an amazing response and have package up 20 hampers/prizes for our Christmas raffle. The raffle tickets for the Christmas raffle will be coming home with your child this week. We ask that every family sells a minimum of one card of 10 tickets. There are 20 prizes to be won. Please return raffle tickets and money by Wednesday 28 November. The winners will be drawn on Friday 30th November.

Sausage sizzle

The PTA is running a Sausage sizzle on Friday 9th November (next week) on the day of Junior Athletics. Sausages will be ordered in class on Friday morning. $2 per sausage.

We also need parent helpers throughout the morning for sorting orders, prepping bread, cooking sausages and serving to class groups. You don't need to be there the whole time as we hope to have plenty of helpers so may only be 1/2-3/4 hour helping. (If you child is in the athletics, you will still get to see them as we swap around). If you can help please email queensparkschoolpta@gmail.com

PTA 2nd Hand Uniform Sale

Our term 4 uniform sale will be on Friday 9 November (Junior athletics day) at lunchtime 12.30-1.30pm & also 2.30 - 3.30pm in the hall.

If you have any uniforms not in use anymore please drop them to the office (we are short on 8, 10 & 12 sizes in particular).

We are also looking for helpers over these times. If you are able to help in any way please contact the office. Thank you.

Free Range Eggs Fundraiser

Please order at the office by Friday afternoon $5 per dozen or $12 for a tray. Reminder to collect your order from the canteen on Wednesday after school or from the office as soon as possible.

Funding

During Term 3 the PTA has supported the school with fundraising money going to play based learning resources for year 3/ 4, core curriculum games for year 5/6, new books for the library and funding to Special Ed.
