How to apply for a full or partial refund of fees
To apply for a full or partial refund of fees, a parent (legal guardian) must apply in writing to the principal within one month of the student's last day at school (or within one month of the student gaining permanent residency) explaining the special circumstances
.
Grievance Policy:
Students and their families are given information about the grievance procedures available to them in the information they receive at enrolment. If our school uses a recruitment agent, we ensure they are also aware of our grievance procedures.
To help international students cope with problems, we encourage and help them to address concerns early before they turn into bigger problems. We let students know they can ask a friend to help them talk about their problem, especially if their English is not very good. In the first instance, we support international students to discuss concerns or complaints with the teacher involved. If a student doesn’t want to talk to a particular teacher or is unhappy about the outcome of discussing the matter with that teacher, we help them to contact the management team or office staff.
Home Stays:
We are unable to arrange Homestay Accommodation at this stage.
