MINDFULNESS for big people
Where are we putting our energy? Our resources are limited. We only have so much energy to use each day, are we focusing on things we can control?
Emotions have an arc - they come and they go.“Experiment with making peace with each wave of emotion that life brings to you, rather than trying to control how you feel.”
Obsessing, worrying about things we can’t control wastes our energy.
Don’t wait till life is quiet to practice relaxation and mindfulness. Life will always be complicated, there are always going to be challenges. Take a moment now.
Instead of jumping in right away to put out fires. Stop, take a breath and observe. Notice how best your energies can be utilised. Then act.
