That’s a wrap on another week. Where has the time gone? Our winter snow sports program has officially wrapped up today, with the last group of students finishing their time on the mountain. Thank you to all the parents who have helped ensure this experience was enjoyable.
This week, we welcomed Jenny, our creative artist, into the school. She is collaborating on a mural with students in Years 3 to 6. We look forward to seeing all the inspirational artwork created over the next six weeks as they work towards creating murals around our school values of Care, Respect and Integrity.
I’m sure you haven’t missed the new classroom block that suddenly appeared this week. Can you believe that they were trucked in as small boxes and bolted together? The new concrete slab that is going to form the six new classrooms has had the steel reinforcing placed and it won’t be long now before concrete gets poured. Were you as excited as us when the new junior playground plans were shared in last week’s newsletter?
I've attached our confirmed behaviour management plan. We are pleased to remove the word “draft” from this document as we feel we have a workable document that provides a clear and streamlined process for all stakeholders to follow. We will finally review this document at the end of the year and tweak it as needed. CLICK HERE to view this document.
Finally, Cupcake Day today got taken to the next level. The decorations on the cupcakes that came in today were amazing. Did any parents in Year 8 get any sleep last night?
I hope you’ll have an enjoyable and safe weekend.
