Garden to Table 

Today's Garden to Table dish was noodles with egg omelettes and veggies. Chopped onion was set to saute, while chefs sliced carrots and diced kale and cabbage. 

After the onions were done the kale, carrots and cabbage was added to the pan, then stirred to mix in the flavour the onion released. Then the noodles are added along with bean stems and soy sauce that is drizzled on everything.

Meanwhile, a thin egg omelette was being cooked and cut into small rolls to go on top of the noodles, everything was mixed together. 

The end result was quite tasty and was served on a table that was draped in beautiful tea towels and flowers. I highly recommend it, I had never liked noodles before and now I quite enjoy them. I rate the dish a Nine out of Ten.
