This week saw our short-term international student programme commence for the first time since pre-covid times.

On Monday our Kapa Haka group greeted 10 of these students to QPS - 9 students from China and 1 from Korea. Next week we welcome a further 7 Chinese students to the programme. 

These students spend time with Liz Patel to enhance their English Language skills in the morning sessions and then integrate into our regular classes in the afternoons. The students and their parents will enjoy Eric's Fish and Chips and a walk about town, a visit to the Kiwi Birdlife Park and an excursion to Walter Peak on the Earnslaw during their 4 week stay with us.
