International Students Town Tour and Erik's Fish n Chips
This week, our international students had an exciting tour of downtown Queenstown, where they explored the town's culture and some of its history.
They enjoyed delicious cookies from Cookie Time and were thrilled to spot the Moa and Kiwi statues to learn a little about them. The students also learned about William Rees, discovered the significance of pounamu, and savoured various treats from the Sweet Shop.
A classic Kiwi fish and chip lunch from Erik's Fish and Chips was a highlight for everyone. We extend our thanks to the parents who joined us and to Sharon, our dedicated English Language Support worker, for making the day memorable!
