School Lunch Survey

I am a parent at QPS and also a Southern Institute of Technology student, studying for a Master of Applied Management. I am conducting a research project examining parents’ attitudes towards school lunches in Queenstown primary and secondary schools.

I am looking for parents over 18 years old with at least one child enrolled in a primary school in Queenstown to complete this questionnaire.
