Ekea 2018, a great experience for our Year 10's from Te Puna Karikari!

On Wednesday the 7th of November I was lucky enough to attend an event that the University of Canterbury put together for all Year 10's around Christchurch. 

In my point of view, this event was a way to get our year group to better understand the career pathways we can take in the future. This event covered engineering, health, science, teaching, sports and more, and it was not only educational but it was so much fun. The opportunity was greatly appreciated.

 Everyone that went made the most of the opportunity we were given, and we did our best to give every activity a go. Not to mention the university staff were amazing and helped us throughout the day. Overall the day was amazing and we all loved it and I would love to do it again.
