News From the Office

EFT-POS AVAILABLE:

Te Tari now has its own Eft-pos machine available for the whānau to make payments.

WATER BOTTLES:

Please remember to send our pononga with their own water bottle every day. Please be mindful of our tamariki sharing bottles with one another; strep throat is a very common and contagious consequence of sharing drink bottles.

CANDO CARDS:

For whānau who are wanting a Cando Student I.D card. You can find more details on how to do so here: http://ecardz.co.nz/cando/ Here you will find the form to fill in and send away along with your passport photo and copy of your birth certificate/Passport. They cost $8.00 each and are handy when your child needs a photo I.D, as a Metrocard and for many student discounts.

UPDATE DETAILS:

At any time, you can request your child's record for updating throughout the year. This is important as many of our pononga records do not have current phone/address/email details for Te Pā to make contact with important information for your whānau.

TRAVEL SUBSIDY:

Many whānau may be eligible for a travel subsidy - forms to apply can be found in Te Pūmanawa at the front desk.

SIGNING IN - TE PĀ WHĀNAU:

Please can all whānau coming into Te Pā between 8:30am – 3:00pm who are not doing pre-arranged parent help or at Te Pā for drop off or pick ups please sign in at the front desk.
