Helpers needed for planting along the stream at Drayton Reserve, Mt Pleasant

Working bee this Saturday 25th May at 2pm at the Virginia Lane Bridge, Drayton Reserve, Mt Pleasant. Local ecologist Greg Burrell will catch and show a locally endangered Banded Kokopu native fish and discuss ways to protect it.
The Rangi community are invited to help with this local regeneration initiative in planting native species along the stream. This will increase overhanging shelter needed by the fish.
