Highly Able and Ambitious Programme 2019 for Senior Students

On Monday Mrs Dyer and Mr Sloss accompanied students to the prestigious Julie Arliss Philosophy Conference at St Andrews College.

This is a day for bright ambitious students who are interested in ideas. This year the focus was on the capacity of gifted and talented students to more readily manipulate abstract ideas and make connections across school subject areas.

Using the New Zealand curriculum to meet the needs of highly able students pupils spent the day with like-minded students all keen to reach the ceiling of their ability and share ideas.
