Senior Dance

What a wonderful evening Annabelle Schneideman (Head of Community) and her council provided for Years 12 and 13 and guests. We were so impressed by the vision, creativity and supreme organisation of the ‘Wildest Dreams’ themed event,  and thank the Community Council who dedicated numerous hours to making some outstanding decorations ensuring the venue at Majestic on Durham was a sight to behold. The costumes were wonderfully varied and the students conducted themselves with style. It was gratifying to receive such positive feedback from all of the providers regarding the quality of the organisation and the attitude and demeanour of your daughters and friends. Our appreciation also to Susan Schneideman, Kerry Vance (RR drinks-helpers), and Amo, Chrystal and Camille Perelini who managed delivery of left-over food to around 100 grateful families in need.

We’re looking forward to the Year 11 Semi-Formal on Saturday night. A reminder all students are expected to fulfil Saturday sport and any other school commitments.

School Opening and Closing Times

A reminder, especially during these darker winter months, that no students should be on site after 5pm when the Gibson Centre closes, unless they are members of a team and/or supervised by staff. For students waiting to be collected after 5pm, we ask that they are picked up from the Boarding House which offers a safe and supervised environment.

Staff Professional Learning

There are two upcoming sessions for teaching staff, one at the end of the July break and the other on Monday 2 August when classes will finish at 12.40pm.
