Senior students will clear out their lockers and common rooms before going on study leave and on Tuesday 3 December.

Book Return
Years 11-13 students should return books and resources as they complete their examinations so that there are minimal texts outstanding on Tuesday 3 December when the final senior book return will occur. It is essential that the Library and Faculties receive these texts and resources before students leave at the end of the year. Those not returned by Friday 6 December will be charged to the goldsheet.

Bikes and Lost Property
Any unclaimed bikes and lost property remaining on the school site after the end of the school year will be sold or given to charity.

Prizegiving 2019
A reminder that all students are expected to attend Prize Giving on Wednesday 4 December at the Town Hall, commencing at 6.30pm. Please leave plenty of time for parking. In the unexpected event that your daughter is unable to attend please put this in writing to the Principal. Year 13 Parents will be sent a personalised invitation with all event details in the coming weeks. Please ensure you are seated by 6.20pm. Girls will need to check in with their tutors prior to being seated between 6.00pm and 6.15pm. Year 13 go directly to the seats on stage. Prizewinners, performers and Year 13 students need to sit in the designated areas. Prizewinners are required to arrive by 6.00pm and all other performers by 5.45pm. Girls wear full, correct summer uniform. This is a highlight of the school year and we look forward to you joining us in the celebration of our prizewinners and Year 13 leavers.

Year 12 Blazers
Year 12 girls will need to have the Year 13 braid put on their blazers for 2020. We offer a service for all girls to hand in their blazers straight after Prize Giving. The blazer will then be dry cleaned before we take it to the factory for braiding.
Look out for Nicki Pooley in the Foyer and she will do the rest. Blazers will be available when the girls come back at the start of year meeting. Please ensure the blazer is named, free of badges and nothing in the pockets.
Please note if your daughter is leaving school before Prize Giving she needs to leave her blazer at The Shop or Office before 4 December.
