Sustainable choices in the Bathroom

Our Sustainability Council encourage our community to use products that are environmentally friendly. There are now plenty of products available that help reduce waste to landfill. Products such as block shampoos and conditioner, wooden toothbrushes and compostable dental floss are now available in supermarkets. Choose blocks of soap rather than flowing soaps in plastic packaging.
At Rangi we collect oral hygiene products in our Reuse Station. These are recycled into moulded plastics for roading and fitness equipment by Terracycle.
By making small changes in our own homes, collectively these habits can make a big difference.
