Our Learning Centre continues to hum along with the timetabled group work, the one off support and the support of our students doing internals. The latter is when we are trying to meet the needs of our students with Special Assessment Conditions. For our Year 7 - 10 students this is when we provide identified students with Rangi Assessment Conditions.

In order to meet the needs of our students we need to have a pool of Reader, Writers. The role is to sometimes read and, in some cases, to write what the student is saying.

You do not need to know anything about the subject and your availability can be as frequent or infrequent as you like depending on your own needs. This can look like volunteering once a week or once a term! Entirely up to you.

We really appreciate the existing support we have. Unfortunately, due to the busyness of life we are desperately short of volunteers.
