With the continued and developing impact of the current Covid-19 situation we have needed to change some details for our upcoming events.

Please see below for our plans for the end of year events. These are based on the assumption that we will be in Covid Alert Level 2.

We will keep you updated if plans change.

Christmas Celebration,
Monday November 29, 1.55pm, St. Andrew’s Church at Rangi Ruru
This event is in place of our previously scheduled Carol Services (Sunday November 28, 4pm & 7pm). Years 7 to 10 will be able to attend in-person and we will invite whānau and senior students to join us virtually via our live stream.

Prize Giving
Thursday December 2, two events (see below), St. Andrew’s Church at Rangi Ruru
We will now be holding our 2021 Prize Giving on-site at our Church. This year Prize Giving will be split into two events and work as follows:

4.30pm – 6pm for Years 7 to 11
Prize winning students only will be able to attend.

7pm – 9pm for Years 12 and 13
Prize winning Year 12 students and all of Year 13 students to attend.

We will be able to share this occasion with whanau via our live stream.

Leavers’ Ball
Friday December 3, 6.30pm – 10pm
This will be students only with no partners and held onsite at Rangi Ruru. The presentation prior to the ball will be live streamed. RROGA have sent emails directly to families with further details. Please contact RROGA Coordinator Tamara Tait for further information. 

House Party
New Date: 19 March 2022
Our House Party that was previously scheduled for Saturday November 20 has been postponed until next year. We cannot wait to party with you, but need to wait until the time is right.
