Glen Senior

As CEO of The Small Business Company (TSBC), Glen helps (mainly) banks with their small business strategies (creating small business content, improving their digital marketing, and delivering small business education). He has an interesting journey from delivering local small business workshops in Christchurch, starting a small business magazine (ones that arrived in the mail), to building Microsoft’s small business education programme out of Seattle and working with Bank of America. He has started 6 businesses (currently the director of 3), works in 5 countries, written 4 business books, and designed 3 online enterprise gaming simulations. Currently in NZ he is the small business expert for the BNZ, project manager for MBIE’s Pakihi Maori small business programme, guest lecturer at Canterbury University on the MBA Entrepreneurship paper, and travels extensively working with US and Canadian banks.
