What is Metafit and is it right for me?
Metafit is a bodyweight only training system which is challenging for ALL fitness levels. It involves 30 minutes (including warm up and cool down) of High Intensity Interval Training using a combination of strength, plyometric and core exercises. Designed to be executed at maximum intensity with work intervals lasting between 10-35 seconds (followed by short, incomplete rest periods) exercises can be modified when necessary ensuring suitability for all.
