Due to the timing of the office closure at the end of the year there will be a change in the December direct debit date. Your November balance due will be deducted on 18 December to allow for processing the final 2019 account before the office closes for the Christmas break on 20 December 2019.

Refund of leavers holding deposits will be credited to the November account (if applicable). If you still have a credit balance after your November and December accounts, a refund will be made when the office reopens in January 2020.
