On Tuesday 2 July, 17 Year 12 students attended the annual Emerging Leaders' Conference at Christ’s College.

The students heard from a number of high quality speakers including Liam Malone - Para-Olympic Athlete -  who won numerous medals at Rio de Janeiro in 2016. His keynote address was relevant and inspiring with a lot of funny stories that kept the whole audience engaged. 

The students also spent time in workshops with hands-on, interactive sessions requiring them to get involved, and work with students from other schools. The students represented Rangiora High School with pride and were exemplary in their presentation and the way they worked throughout the day.
