This year our team of nearly 100 students has been busy preparing for Showquest. Rangiora High School has had a successful history in Stage Challenge, and this year has entered the new iteration – Showquest. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 3.30 – 5.00pm our cast has been rehearsing for their performance in May.

This year our chosen theme is ‘Metal’ looking at the impact of metal on our everyday lives.

From heavy, to precious, to construction, - metal affects our lives in various ways. We use it to build, we envy it as a precious metal, but it has a wide ranging impact environmentally too.

Is something so precious, really precious indeed? This is the question that we will challenge our audience with.
