Year 10 Food and Nutrition classes have been getting their Christmas on this week. Students have been participating in the "nailed it" Christmas Cupcake Challenge. Those of you who watch this series on Netflix will know what it's all about. If you don't, there is a perfect model of food that you need to replicate.

For our students it was cupcakes with a Santa face from fondant icing. We had so much fun with this, it was amazing to see the students' personalities coming out when working with the fondant icing. Please enjoy the photos below.
