Concerns about academic progress

RHS - February 11, 2019

Teachers report on student academic progress in a range of ways. Twice a term Engagement Reports are generated based on our school values.

At Rangiora High School we use a ‘live reporting’ model of reporting to the community. There is no mid-year or end of year report. All assessment grades and comments are entered in an electronic markbook and go ‘live’ to parents at the same time. The system of ‘live reporting’ is designed to keep parents, whānau and caregivers an up-to-date picture of their child's achievement. These grades and comments are accessible through the Parent Portal on the school website.

If you have specific concerns around your learner’s progress you may wish to make contact with either the classroom teacher, Form Teacher or Dean of House.
