Wow - what a competition this was! Rangiora Borough kids showed talent and perseverance.

On Tuesday afternoon there was a school scooter trick competition. The afternoon had 3 groups of competitors. The year 6 - 8 category, the year 5 category and the year 4 category too.

All the students participated and competed fairly and encouraged each other. Well done! It was impressive to see your skills and watch you improve them in the weeks leading up competition day.

• The winner of the year 6 - 8 group was shared by Dayton and Tāne.
• The year 5 group was taken out by Taniela.
• The year 4 group winner was Emmett.

Congratulations and well done to all competitors. Remember to keep practising and ace more tricks.
