Guidelines
Guidelines and internal processes support the successful day-to-day management of our kura and set standards for operation. These are regularly reviewed and will align with statutory requirements if necessary. Most guidelines will have exceptions (depending on circumstance) which is why they differ from Policy and Process.
We regularly receive feedback from our community and use this as part of our decision-making process.
