On Friday 22 March the Tui team celebrated it's once a term whanau time by inviting parents, caregivers and siblings to join us for a picnic lunch.

The theme of our day was a Teddy Bear Picnic. The children brought along their favourite teddies to learn alongside them for the day. 

After lunch the children rotated throughout our learning spaces completing a variety of activities. As always the tamariki were proud  to share their learning with their families. 

The kaiako were pleased to see how many whanau could attend at least part of the time, working around lunch breaks  and other commitments, to share this experience with their tamariki.
