The ākonga in the Ruru team were invited to the Mainpower Oval to the North Canterbury Sport's Trust sponsored sports day in the last week of term 1.

The ākonga were able to try a range of different sports. Golf, hockey, rugby, football, bowling, tug of war, parachute and cricket.

They all had a great day!
