"We want to play rock Miss, not soft, pop songs!"

When I called for new band members to audition for 2021, newly selected members made the above statement loud and clear.

I admired their ambitious natures and I am more than willing to help them achieve their rock n roll dreams!!

So...

We play rock, rock and more rock. Maybe a wee bit slower than the originals but they can still ROCK.

With some of these kids only beginners and many still trying to get their small hands around chord progressions that Brian May had a picnic with!

Their repertoire  includes ACDC, Creme, Queen, Black Keys, Metallica and more as they grow in skill and confidence.

The band is usually made from senior students but it is always open to any child who is having music lessons and wants to learn more.

2021 members include: Kobe Symonds on Drums, Thomas Boddy on Drums, Julian Sutherland on Guitar, Ollie Taylor on Guitar, Holly Tweedale on Guitar, Hannah Ashis on Keyboard and Sam du Toit, Brooklyn Reid, Alyssa Garrett, Tara Hosking, Jessica Bowler on  lead and backing vocals.
