It was a fantastic day at Mainpower stadium with 12 of our Kōtare PALS Physical Activity Leaders attending a full day workshop.

We discussed 

• What makes a good PAL
• How to set PALS up for success
• Using reflective practise to modify our games or activities

We are looking forward to working with these students to design and implement games and activities throughout our school.
