Amazing author Pamela, helped us in exploring the world of writing together!

On a cold wintery Wednesday in Kōtare one, a very special guest arrived, none other than Pamela, Georgia's nana. With her delightful presence, she shared her wisdom on the art of descriptive writing, filling us with inspiration to become authors just like her. Pamela, a talented author with 21 enchanting books to her name, has created captivating series that resonate with young readers like ourselves.

She read one of her favourite self created picture books and took us on a journey of finding out about the Powelliphanta, which is a rare New Zealand snail the size of an adult male fist with thousands of teeth on it tongue.

Now, she is seeking our help in reviewing her latest creations. She believes in the power of our year 5 and 6 student voices to guide her content and shape the interest of her upcoming books. We are excited to join this wonderful journey together, where our creativity and insights can join forces with Pamela's magic, creating stories that will inspire many.
