During Wednesday tech rotations within NZSL Week, the year 7's learned a beautiful song in Sign.

While the year 8's were off at Wednesday technology, the year 7's had the opportunity to honour New Zealand Sign Language Week by learning 'What a Wonderful World' in Sign. 

We spent some time talking about why Sign Language is important to learn and what it means in the New Zealand setting. 

Each of the year 7 rotations were taught the alphabet in Sign and they can even finger spell their own names. Brilliant!
