From 17 November, you have been able to request an official record of your COVID-19 vaccination status (My Vaccine Pass) or a separate International Travel Vaccination Certificate.

To make a request:
• If you have access to a website, and have ID please visit: www.mycovidrecord.health.nz
• If you have problems accessing a computer, providing ID or have a temporary medical exemption, please call us on 0800 222 478.

Once you get your Vaccine Pass or International Travel Vaccination Certificate, you can either save it to your smartphone, add it to your Google Pay or Apple Wallet or print it out and keep it handy.
