Board Donation and Camp Donations

Katie Musk —

Every school year, each family is asked to pledge donations to support the special character of Raphael House.

Board donations pay for our specialist teachers salaries, festivals, quality stationery and art supplies, kindergarten meals, resources in the woodwork and handwork rooms, class plays, teacher aid support for students, te reo puawai, eurythmy, C12 project presentations, the C10 play, school outings and other special character elements of our school that we all value so much.

Our annual budget is based around the donations parents have pledged for the year ahead.

The total amount pledged for 2021 board donations was $430,000.  To date, we have received $232,000 - only 53% of the expected revenue.

The total amount pledged for the 2021 camp donations was $66,000.  To date, we have received $46,000 - only 69% of the expected revenue.  The 2021 camp programme has cost $95,000 which leaves us with a significant shortfall.

With only one term remaining, we encourage those families who are yet to donate pledged amounts to do so.   Thank you for supporting the special character of our school.
