My name is Eliza and I live just up the road from the school on Tirohanga Road.

Next year, my family will be temporarily moving to Nelson and we are looking for someone to rent our home for 8-12 months. 

Here is some information about our house:

Address: 132 Tirohanga Road, Lower Hutt  Size: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms Description: With a beautiful bush outlook, our Lockwood home is just 5 minutes walk from Raphael House. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing on our deck and listening to all the native birds. In the winter, you'll enjoy snuggling up by our wood burner or sitting on our window seat and looking out over the tree ferns and Nikau palms. No smokers please. Happy to rent out furnished or unfurnished.

Pets: We have a cat who would love to live with you if possible, but alternative arrangements can be made if needed.  Rental period: 1st April to 31st December 2022, but we are very happy to be flexible and extend this period to a full school or calendar year if needed.  Photos: Available online here
