The week's highlight was the Upper School Girl's Hockey team 5 -1 win over Newland's College. The team thus completed an undefeated season and won the R 1 grade. Congratulations to the team; well done!

Lower School Basketball

Class 6/7 teams

Raphael House had two teams playing in the Intermediate Mixed A grade. The goal was to create two teams of equal calibre. This week the two teams met to decide bragging rights. It was a hotly contested game with both teams determined to come away with a victory. The final scoreline of 26 - 26 was a great result as it demonstrated that the teams were equal and that with the skills on display, the future for Raphael House basketball looks bright.

Class 5

The Class Five team had an easy victory defeating an under-strength Avalon team 50-0. The team did a great job sharing the ball around with great passing and excellent defense.

Class 4

The Class Four team had their best game of the season. The team played well, defeating Waterloo School 12-8 for their first victory of the season.
