As many of you will know Lindy and Darren lost their beloved little whare in Otaihanga to fire.

The outpouring of aroha (love & kindness) has been immense and quickly followed by 'how can I help' and 'what can we do'. Since Thursday, a small team has sifted the ashes and recovered countless treasures and memories for Lindy and Darren. Unfortunately, many were lost and along with the house, are gone completely.

Lindy and Darren are two people who have been there in a heartbeat, with all they could offer, to so many of us in so many ways. While they are extremely humbled by the offers, accepting money is not in their nature and 'give a little' too public.

So, in light of this, if you'd like to donate money privately (anonymously or not), we have come up with a simple solution to ensure there are no fees and no fuss.

Transfer to the attached bank account with details as outlined below. It’ll be directly transferred to them and I'll send the bank receipt back to you by email or text. They’ll then receive the money from one account without having the conversation that makes Lindy’s toes squirm and you'll not have to wash all that linen that you were thinking of giving!!
