Community-led Climate Change - Hutt City Council Survey

Katie Musk —

Please read message from the Council below and take a few minutes to complete the survey

Hutt City Council has joined the global movement to tackle Climate Change. We are working together with mana whenua, businesses and members of the community in responding to the impacts of climate change and building our city’s climate resilience.

We are engaging with the community to co-develop a city-wide carbon reduction road map, in response to the Climate Change.

Schools are key stakeholders in our city, in terms of developing our future leaders. As part of a Community-led Climate Change Response programme, we are seeking your help to capture the perspectives of our rangatahi and education sector on climate issues. The views of our rangatahi and those educating our next generation are crucial to our programme and the actions that enable Lower Hutt, as a collective community, to work together for a resilient and prosperous future.

Please take a few moments to complete the Hutt City Council survey and have your say - www.climate-action.co.nz/survey

The survey will be open until 31 July 2021. Results will inform the broader community response that will be developed through August – October 2021. For more information, visit the Hutt City Council website or link below. www.climate-action.co.nz/web
