We are seeking a new Kindergarten Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract until the end of the year.

The role involves supporting the kindergarten teacher to care for tamariki, oversee daily tasks such as cooking and cleaning and upholding our Waldorf philosophy.Our ideal candidate will have lots of initiative, enjoy working with young children and have an open desire to learn. Knowledge of, or interest in, Waldorf Early Childhood Education would be fantastic! The position will suit someone with a calm and peaceful manner, the ability to multi-task and good observation and communication skills. Hours of work: 8:30am-3:00pm (30 hours), Monday-Friday (term-time only).
