Kapiti and Upper Hutt Service (and additional bus services).

Over the past months, I have been working with the Ministry of Education to explore the possibility of a funded bus service from Wellington and other locations where we have significant student numbers.   We have progressed through the initial phases of our application and I hope to have further updates in the next few weeks.   

Kapiti and Upper Hutt Buses 

Next year our school bus operator is changing. Our new school bus operator is Tranzit Coachlines. We are working closely with Tranzit and the Ministry of Education to ensure that the transition to our new school bus operator goes well.

Due to the change in school hours for Upper School students in 2022 we will work with Tranzit to review the times for each service and communicate this with parents before the end of Term 4.   

It is not yet clear if our current drivers, Rodger and Peter will continue with Tranzit and continue with driving our school buses.  If this is not the case, I will communicate with you so we can acknowledge their care of our rangatahi before the year ends.
